| First Fairway at Walden is located in the Walden Community on Lake Conroe, in Montgomery, Texas. We have one and two bedroom fully furnished units, and are affiliated with RCI. The Resort is sitting on the first Tee and the beautiful wooded surroundings can soothe anyone's soul. |

| For the bargain hunters, you will want to go
into Conroe (about 15 miles) where we have a Discount Outlet Center. |
| For the arts and crafts shopper there is
"Old Town Spring" a must see, no matter what kind of shopper you are. Located in
Spring, Texas, it's within 25 minutes from our property. |

the department store withdrawals: at The Woodlands, about 15 to 20 minutes from the
