| First Fairway at Walden is located in the Walden Community on Lake Conroe, in Montgomery, Texas. We have one and two bedroom fully furnished units, and are affiliated with RCI. The Resort is sitting on the first Tee and the beautiful wooded surroundings can soothe anyone's soul. |
| Our owners, when vacationing at First Fairway at Walden, enjoy Discounted golf privileges on this beautiful, as well as challenging, 18 hole golf course. Cart fees are not included. We at First Fairway at Walden want our owners to have the best privileges because they deserve it. |
| We have a pool on site for you and your family to enjoy with additional amenities such as tennis courts, exercise room, boating/docking facilities, and Olympic size swimming pool all within a 2 mile walk (or drive) inside the Walden Complex. |
| Also within 2 miles outside of the Walden complex you can enjoy a Health Spa, Racquet Ball, Authentic Stern-wheel paddle boat available for cocktails, dinner and sightseeing cruises on the lake. |
| For our non-golfing owners who love to shop till you drop; we boast of beautiful antique shops all around the Lake Conroe area. We even have your old fashion auctions on Friday or Saturday night. You'll love it! |
| For the bargain hunters, you will want to go into Conroe (about 15 miles) where we have a Discount Outlet Center. |
| For the arts and crafts shopper there is "Old Town Spring" a must see, no matter what kind of shopper you are. Located in Spring, Texas, it's within 25 minutes from our property. |
| We even have a mall for those of you having the department store withdrawals: at The Woodlands, about 15 to 20 minutes from the property. |
